From First Ideas to a Buildable Plan
Major renovation decisions are easier to make when the project has a defined path. The KG Renovation Roadmap moves from an initial enquiry and 15-minute project call into a site and feasibility consultation, then a paid Concept Plan Package. From there, the project can progress into construction documentation, engineering and approvals where required, followed by a construction proposal and the build.
The Concept Plan Package is designed to turn an early idea into something more tangible before detailed construction pricing. It gives the project a practical starting point while keeping the process builder-led from the outset.

KG Coastal Builders was founded by Karl, who brings more than 20 years of residential construction experience to the homes we work on. We started the business to offer something we felt was missing from larger operations: experienced, hands-on building matched with clear communication and a genuinely personal approach.
You deal directly with Karl throughout — from the initial conversation and planning, through construction, to handover. That continuity keeps every decision grounded in practical building knowledge and keeps you informed at each stage of the project. We hold QBCC Licence 15609353 and are a member of Master Builders Queensland.
