KG Coastal Builders works with homeowners across the southern Gold Coast who are planning substantial renovations, extensions and major home transformations. We keep our core territory deliberately focused, with Palm Beach, Currumbin, Currumbin Waters, Elanora, Tugun and Tallebudgera forming our Tier 1 area. Burleigh Heads, Burleigh Waters, Reedy Creek and the wider southern Gold Coast make up Tier 2.

This tighter footprint allows us to focus on the kind of considered residential projects we want to deliver and the communities closest to us. Across our service area, we follow the same builder-led approach: an initial project discussion, feasibility, a paid Concept Plan Package, documentation and approvals where required, followed by a construction proposal and build.
